Kim Smith-Nelson is the Founder and CEO of KSN Management Property Consultant, a housing operations and placement platform designed to stabilize, scale, and optimize mid-term housing for property owners, institutions, seniors, and veterans.
Kim leads KSN as an operator-led platform, not a traditional consulting firm—building structured systems that align property owners, referral partners, and community stakeholders into repeatable, contract-based housing solutions. Her work focuses on control, predictability, and execution across mission-aligned housing portfolios.
Her leadership is informed by deep experience in investor relations, housing strategy, and operational execution, combined with advanced training in AI Strategy for Business Leaders: From Hype to Impact (Harvard). This perspective allows Kim to cut through technology hype and apply AI where it creates real operational leverage—improving decision-making, streamlining workflows, and increasing scalability across housing and business systems.
Under Kim’s direction, KSN launched the 55+ Senior & Veteran Co-Living Housing Placement Platform, a standardized system that connects qualified residents with vetted properties while providing landlords and homeowners with reliable placements, operational clarity, and ongoing support. The platform is designed to serve agencies, institutions, and private owners seeking durable solutions—not one-off arrangements.
Beyond KSN, Kim serves as a Board Member, Grant Administrator, and Mentor with The Treasure Within Organization, supporting the development of young women through education in S.T.E.M., finance, wellness, and leadership—reflecting her long-term commitment to systems, ownership, and legacy.
