Kim Smith-Nelson is the dynamic CEO of KSN Management Property Consultant, where she leads with a strategic mindset and a deep passion for people, purpose, and property. A forward-thinking leader in real estate consulting and mid-term rental management, Kim has built a trusted presence helping homeowners, investors, and partners navigate profitable, sustainable housing solutions.
Her background spans investor relations, property development, and operational strategy, including her recent work supporting a 60-unit senior housing development in Detroit. That experience strengthened her commitment to creating safe, accessible housing solutions for aging populations and those who have served our country.
As part of this growing mission, Kim launched KSN’s 55+ Senior & Veteran Co-Living Housing Placement Program, a specialized initiative designed to connect seniors and veterans with affordable, supportive, and dignified shared housing options. The program partners with homeowners, landlords, and community agencies to promote stability, independence, and an enhanced quality of life.
In addition to her real estate leadership, Kim is a Board Member, Grant Administrator, and Mentor with The Treasure Within Organization, where she supports the empowerment of young women through S.T.E.M., finance, wellness, and leadership development.
